Due to an influx of players from various territories, they now require a German Speaking Customer Service Adviser to join the Malta based operation.
Responsibilities
-Managing player accounts (cash transfers, password verification, account information)
-Providing information on tournaments, hand history and software requirements/updates.
-Responding to players regarding game rules.
-Servicing the “Live Chat” function and dealing with all inbound customer queries.

Due to an influx of players from various territories, they now require a Danish Speaking Customer Service Adviser to join the Malta based operation.

Player Liability Manager – Online Poker – Isle of Man
Job Description
Job Purpose
To manage the player liability reconciliation process including insuring the reconciliation highlights any areas that need to be captured within the accounts.
Key Responsibilities
The Player Liability Manager role would suit a trainee accountant with strong reporting and IT skills. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Manager, the key responsibilities of the position include;
• Prepare the daily revenue reconciliation including the investigation of outstanding items.
• Specify additional reports required with the ultimate objective being to automate the reconciliation.
• Run the daily player liability transaction reports, and update relevant spreadsheets.
• Continue to monitor and investigate changes within the gaming system and their impact on the accounting department.
• Specify any report changes required.
• Work towards implementing a double entry system within the gaming system.

Skills and Capabilities
Essential
Candidates must be numerate, be self motivated and adaptable with good communication skills and be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong Excel skills to include lookups, data sorts etc and report writing skills
• Good knowledge of double entry book-keeping
• Inquisitive, investigative mind to keep questioning and interrogating data and not accept reports at face value
• Excellent communication skills to communicate with Systems Developers and to put together the Business Requirements Documents.
• Can project manage and work on own initiative
Desirable
• Part qualified ACCA or qualified CAT
• Familiarity with Sun or other accounting software.
• Understanding of Databases/SQL
• Experience writing technical product specifications
