Player Development Manager – Early Player Experience – Gibraltar
Description
Our client, a leading online gaming operator specialising in poker, casino, bingo and betting, is looking for a Player Development Manager to join their team, based in Gibraltar. Based in the Player Marketing Department , you will play a key role in the development, implementation and analysis of new marketing initiatives designed to improve the player experience and lifetime value.
With a focus on early player experience, you will be responsible for growing retention rates amongst players and your commercial insight will play a crucial role in helping the business build on its success.
Role responsibilities:
• Growing player value and retention rates across a variety of products and territories
• Analysing and mapping the early player experience across their products
• Identifying key opportunities to enhance early player experience and improve retention rates and profitability
• Working with the marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives
• Reporting on and analysing marketing performance and monitoring competitor activities
Candidate requirements:
• Considerable experience in an online marketing or CRM role
• Experience in analysing customer experience or performing competitor analysis (a usability or market research background would be an advantage)
• Experience within an online gaming environment
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
