A large integrated Gaming Company with an extensive business portfolio extending across multiple jurisdictions and multiple business verticals including off line Casinos, Bingo and slots and online poker, sports book and skill games, are currently seeking a Talented and strategically minded COO to direct and manage their complete online offering.
The Role
• You will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing the complete business plan and strategic vision for the online business, to drive it on to even further success
• You will drive the continuous development of the online services, product and content
• Manage and recruit a team of top performing market leading staff
• Together with the your marketing team create and build effective customer acquisition and retention activities and devise and implement customer activities such as campaign, events and promotions with the aim of increasing visitation and individual customer spend
• In short you will be ultimately responsible for the commercial control, development and success of the online brands, products and service
The Candidate
• You will be a talented leader with the strategic vision and determination to drive the business forward and make a real and tangible impact
• You will have a quantifiable track record of success within the online gaming world at a senior managerial level
• You will have strong commercial understanding and experience of driving an online gaming business forward
• The ability and experience of managing, motivating and developing teams to high levels of efficiency and achievement
• Strong contacts with industry suppliers to ensure and secure the best and most suitable product and content, and the expertise to deliver and market these products to maximise their return
• You will have a real passion for what you do and the ability to inspire that passion within your team
• Experience of Managing large budgets
• You will also need a strong entrepreneurial mind set
