Creative Consultant – Flexible
Our client, one of the world’s largest online poker destinations are looking to recruit an experienced professional for the role of Creative Consultant to join the team in Latin America
The successful candidate will be working with creative, motivated and talented people, who are passionate and driven. If you are creative and enjoy thinking outside the box and want to really make a difference then this is the ideal opportunity for you. The ideal candidate must have online gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide brand and creative leadership to the organization with a specific focus on the companies brands, creative, and web design/development resources
• Champion the customer with a focus on enhancing our customer experience and making our operations customer friendly
• Work with the brand teams to clearly understand their objectives
Review all existing brand strategies, materials and resources and assess value with regard to current direction and goals
• Hire current and future required positions related to brand and creative; e.g., Brand Manager
• Improve efficiency between those executing on creative and those making request through improved communication, planning and structure as well as establish and communicate clear channels of responsibility and accountability
• Address basic website(s) usability, content and SEO issues
• Establish focused site strategies to improve customer experience and conversion, as well as provide consistency during iterative development
• Improve current advertising by focusing on relevant key messages
• Review of Vision and Mission statements and core company goals and values – do they reflect the current direction of the company, and are they communicating the right messages to the right people? Together we will ask and answer questions such as “What does the brands want their customers and partners to feel and think about their products and services?”
• Establish key messaging to communicate the brand product offering that is meaningful to customers and differentiates it from the competition
• Establish the visual personification of the brand positioning and messaging. What should the brands look and feel like? This might include evolving the existing visual identity of the brands with regard to logo, colour, typography, photography and content structure to better represent the current brand positioning and messaging.
• Develop a comprehensive company wide strategy working with brand, advertising, TV programming Events, Celebrity Player Management, PR, Content, CRM, Poker Room Management and Affiliates on the development and implementation of the strategy from a marketing and product perspective

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Exceptionally organized
• excellent written, verbal, organizational and time management skills
• Very creative thinker and oriented to results
• Able to multi task and project manage substantial projects within critical timelines
• A Bachelors degree and 4 years of field experience. Master’s degree is a plus
• Experience managing the TV production process and TV Script writing is a must
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
