German Speaking CSR – Online Casino/Poker – Malta

Job Description

The Client:

Our client is a fully integrated iGaming operator who have brand new offices located on the sunny island of Malta. Due to an increase in their European presence, they now require the services of a German speaking Customer Support Representative to work across both the casino and poker products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer liaison and support of their German customers.
• Handle all inquiries from their German customers in a professional manner via e-mail and live support.
• Further tasks will be a day-to-day content management on our client’s German homepage.
• Assisting the Marketing team in marketing- and advertising campaigns for the German market.

Requirements:

• Fluent German language (written and oral).
• Fluent English language (written and oral).
• Experience as a customer care representative or call centre agent.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Must be a team player.
