Head of Acquisition – Malta

Our client is a well established operator with offices in Malta. We are now looking to recruit a highly experienced person to take on a vital role within their organization.

Job Description:
• Improve overall player acquisition for Casino and Poker room
• Manage Poker and Casino brand marketing campaigns and media buying.
• Develop our current affiliate team by helping to secure new affiliates and improving our present affiliate deals.
• Improve our Retention/Loyalty schemes.

Key responsibilities:
• Initiate all marketing and retention campaigns.
• Manage Affiliates team
• Manage Player Retention team
• Overall responsibility for Poker and Casino player acquisition and retention.

Desired skills and job experience:
• Excellent English communication.
• French speaker a big plus but not essential.
• Must have experience and connections with affiliates for Poker and/or casino.
• Must be experienced in media buying.
• At least 2 years experience in iGaming/Marketing.
• Experience working with Playtech platforms will be considered as an advantage.
