Product Manager – Security – London
Our client, a leading online poker operator, is looking for a Product Manager to join their Security team, based in London. The overall role and responsibility of the Product Manager is to develop and progress the online business development requirements and ensure that these aims and objectives are met by the technical solutions delivered with the Security and Payments teams.
Key Responsibilities
• To create functional specifications for development of projects in accordance with the objectives of the business channels.
• To carry out requirements analysis and assist with formulation of new development proposals
• Liaise with internal and external software development teams to clarify development requirements
• Complete user-acceptance testing of new developments
• Plan and co-ordinate change management required for roll-out of new developments
• Defining and implementing new reporting and alerts in line with business requirements
• Production of Key Performance Indicators
• Identify and manage operational, training and support requirements for new systems deployments
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, and satisfy business requirements
• Forecast business unit trends
Skills and Capabilities
Essential
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to relate to both business and I.T. specialists
• Superb attention to detail
• Strong relationship management skills
• Practical knowledge of software development lifecycles
• Ability to work to exacting deadlines
• Educated to degree level in a business or technology discipline
• Experience in defining business requirements for software development
• Experience in a similar discipline
Desirable
• Experience working with an online brand
• Knowledge of the payments/gaming industry
