Affiliate Account Manager – Online Poker – Isle of Man
Our client, a leading online poker brand, is looking for an Affiliate Account Manager.
Responsibilities will be varied and include:
• managing existing top-level accounts in the region
• recruiting new affiliates to the company within established guidelines
• creating and managing promotions and programs to enhance retention and loyalty of existing referred players
• working with other departments (CRM, FP&A, Country Managers) to determine best practices
• balancing needs of the customer (affiliate) with needs of the company
• developing new markets within the assigned territory by working closely with country managers
• working well in a team environment
• ability to proactively communicate if located remote from head office
• preparing business proposals
• responding to a high volume of email with accuracy and to the company standard
Ideal candidate will:
• have three years experience in affiliate account management or similar
• have experience within the on-line gaming industry
• be detail oriented
• have excellent communication skills – both written and oral
• have the ability to present ideas and recommendations for business
• have previous experience in preparing business proposals
• additional languages, particularly French and/or Italian, are a plus
• be willing to travel.
