CRM Manager- Poker/Skill Games – Gibraltar
The purpose of this role is to create, implement and optimise the Poker and Skill game CRM marketing initiatives for one of Europe’s largest Blue Chip online gaming companies.
Your key responsibilities include creating and implementing the CRM program for existing and new Poker and Skill customers. You’re KPI’s will include extending the lifetime value of the player through retention and strategic cross sell opportunities.
A team player, you will work with the marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives including conversion to and from the Poker and skills platform
You will take a holistic view of the CRM Strategy and work with the CRM Analyst on key player modelling initiatives in addition to consistently reviewing and optimising the player lifecycle process and highlight cross sell opportunities
Principal Accountabilities :
• Growing player value and retention rates across the Poker and Skills customer base through analyzing and segmenting the customer base to refine existing and develop new ways of increasing customer loyalty and profitability
• The strategy and implementation of the CRM program focusing around relevant events and key triggers and utilising all forms of messaging and communication
• Identifying key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability including cross sell opportunities
• Reporting on and analysing marketing performance and monitoring competitor activities
Qualification, Skills and Experience : Required Skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
• 2 + years in Poker CRM marketing role
• Highly numerate and commercially aware
• Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
• Self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Team player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
• Ability to create and implement processes
• Data driven online decision making
• Proven track record in campaign management
• Strong organisational and analytical and communication skills
• Experience in email marketing tools and systems
Desirable Skills/Knowledge /Attributes:
• Excellent command of MS Office-package
• Experience in Skills Game Marketing
