Our client, a leading online gaming operator specialising in Poker, Casino, Bingo and Sportsbetting, is looking for a CRM Manager to join their Marketing team, based in Gibraltar. Reporting into the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the CRM program for existing and new players with the ultimate goal to retain players to our client to increase lifetime value and longevity.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Work with marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives including conversion to and from different products.
• Grow player value and retention rates across the customer base through analyzing and segmenting the customer base to refine existing and develop new ways of increasing customer loyalty and profitability.
• Be accountable for the strategy and implementation of the CRM program focusing around relevant events, key triggers and utilising all forms of messaging and communication.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability including cross sell opportunities.
• Report on and analysing marketing performance and monitoring competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent
• 2+ years in a CRM marketing role
• Highly numerate and commercially aware
• Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
• Proven track record in campaign management
• Ability to create and implement processes
• Self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Experience in email marketing tools and systems
