Deputy Poker Product Manager- Gibraltar
Our clients, one of the top 4 book makers in the UK are actively looking to recruit a Deputy Product Manager for their Poker offering.
Key Tasks
• Collate and analyse key daily/weekly/monthly data on the performance and profitability of the Poker product and report findings.
• Liaise with IT and software supplier on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Poker product is operating to its maximum potential and ensure any changes updates or improvements are implemented efficiently.
• Plan tournament schedules.
• Management and supervision of the poker conversion team to ensure quality of contacts and maximise team efficiency.
• Help generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products.
• Help monitor the authorisation of withdrawals and review processes in order to maximise efficiency of payments whilst minimising risk to the company.
• Assist managing the Support Team to ensure optimum customer service levels, providing the first point of escalation for any Poker related queries.
• Implementation and management of customer acquisition and retention programmes and analyse player activity.
• Liaise with the affiliate department to ensure that affiliate acquisitions are meeting targets.
• Generate, implement and manage promotions and campaigns.
• Analyse the effectiveness of promotions and report findings.
• Liaise with Poker Network on issues relating to poker collusion and take appropriate action in order to minimise risk.
• Work with white label partners in order to drive the growth and profitability of their poker offering.
• Create, implement and manage promotions aimed at cross selling the poker product to the Sports Book Database.
• Assist with the management of external poker events sponsored by or arranged by the company.
Key requirements
• Excellent understanding of the online poker business
• A passion for poker
• Understanding of poker customers
• A passion for poker
• 2 or more years experience in a poker product role.
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
• CRM experience
• Results driven
• Effective communicator at all levels
