Our client, one of the leading brands in online gaming are looking for Poker CRM Executive to join the growing team on a fixed term basis. This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious individual with sound Poker and CRM knowledge. This role offers ownership of marketing initiatives from conception through to completion in liaison with our clients Poker department, so strong capability of formulating and supporting ideas and co-ordinating marketing communications is essential, along with previous experience within the Poker sector. A strong understanding around targeted customer communication as well as promotions around Poker is vital to the success of the role.

This is a global role with the key objective of UpSelling and reactivating existing Poker and Games customers across UK, North, Central and South Europe.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support of the CRM team and Poker department for the next four months
• Marketing Communications skills are key to this position
• Managing data selection
• Budgetary control
• Liaising with internal and external marketing agencies, market research and internal stakeholders in order to produce regular customer communications to specific customer groups through email, telemarketing and potentially direct mail and sms.

THE MUST HAVES (skills & knowledge)
• 2/3 years marketing experience
• Experience of working for a credible consumer business
• Experience around email, outbound and sms marketing
• Solid knowledge in the field of online Poker
• Budget keeping
