Italian Country Manager – Affiliates & Acquisitions – Malta
• We seek a proactive person, who understands the pros and cons of a truly entrepreneurial setting/organisation, with at least 2-3 years of experience from marketing, PR and staff management, and an established network of contacts in his country.
• Flexibility and creativity, experience in crafting the right marketing wordings, are important skills as well as the capability to combine hands-on activities with a strategic perspective.
• You will be responsible for supporting their dynamic growth and future development by acquiring new affiliates and developing the existing relationships.
• You will report directly to the Marketing Manager.
• Ideally you will have experience in online marketing either with an international online company or in an agency environment.
• Experience in the gambling industry is preferred.
• You will need to be fluent (written and spoken) in Italian and have business English.
• You must have an understanding of the iGaming industry, Casino is preferred but not limited to Casino.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, high-energy team where a practical, hands-on approach to tasks is the norm
• Experience in successfully managing marketing projects
• Fluent in Italian and any other language etc and English
• Excellent analytical skills

• Excellent computer skills (experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

Knowledge:
Management experience
Minimum 2 years experience in the Gaming industry
Detailed knowledge of Casino / Poker /SB
Experience in New User Acquisition
Business negotiations and Media buying
Excellent communication skills and high degree of assertiveness
Analytical, pragmatic and goal oriented way of approaching work
Ability to work in a team and high degree of responsibility
Ability to handle large workloads and work under pressure
Interested in the challenges of the online world
The Country Manager is reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer & Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the following activities that will include but not be limited to:
• Develop the direct affiliation network – Country specific networks
• Devising strategies on how to gain new affiliate accounts.
• Optimising existing programmes and deals, checking quality of the recruitment including performance reports
• Creating, implementing and tracking online advertising campaigns
• Optimising online advertising campaigns
• Completing daily and weekly reporting procedures
• Native speaker with substantial knowledge of potential affiliate collaborates in target country.
• Preparing reports and delivering presentations.
• Attending affiliate events and planning events.
• Gather information on local market, competition, and regulatory situation
• Handle/support local PR activities
• Handle/support contacts with local agencies, media, and regulatory bodies
• Help on CRM as and when needed
• Developing the local network of marketing and media contacts
• Marketing and Brand Communication strategy
• Marketing activities including offline
• Business proposals to potential partners and media
• Checking Customer communication
• Checking and helping with updates on the local site, such as CMS and translations as and when required.
• Market and competitor analysis
• Achieve Monthly objectives in acquisition and margin
