Player Marketing Manager – White Label Partners – Gibraltar

Our client, a leading online gaming operator specialising in poker, casino, bingo and sportsbetting, is looking for a Player Marketing Manager – White Label Partners to join their team, based in Gibraltar.

Based in the Player Marketing Department and working with business development, marketing, product and territory teams, you’ll design and implement marketing initiatives that will increase the number and value of players for our clients White Label partners. This role will require you to create, implement, analyse and optimise marketing activities across a variety of products (including Poker, Bingo and Casino) and markets.

Your responsibilities will involve:
• Developing marketing activities to increase the value of White Label revenue contribution
• Managing and implementing promotions and other marketing communications for White Label partners, in collaboration with product-focused marketing teams
• Managing marketing assets and ensuring that client messaging is kept up-to-date with marketing goals
• Analysing and optimising campaign performance, reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities to the Marketing team and other stakeholders
• Monitoring player segment behaviour to identify cross-selling opportunities for other products within the White Label offering (where relevant)
• Managing and communicating the monthly promotional roadmap, ensuring consistency of communication and alignment to White Label Partner brand guidelines
• Planning and managing bespoke promotions for White Label partners

Candidate requirements:
• Online marketing / CRM experience
• Existing within a marketing role for online poker, bingo or casino is preferred
• A proven track record of managing projects across multiple teams
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
• English language skills to business standard, with additional European language skills an advantage
