The purpose of this role is to create, implement and optimise the VIP marketing initiatives for one of for one of Europe’s largest Blue Chip online gaming companies.
Your key responsibilities include creating and implementing the VIP program for existing and identifying new customers. You’re KPI’s will include extending the lifetime value of the player and increase the player value of our high net customers through retention and strategic cross sell opportunities.
A team player, you will work with the marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives including conversion to and from the Poker and Skills platform
You will understand the holistic view of the CRM and VIP Strategy and work with the CRM Analyst on key player modeling initiatives in addition to consistently reviewing and optimising the player lifecycle process
Principal Accountabilities
• Growing player value and retention rates across the Poker and Skills VIP customer base through analyzing and segmenting the customer base to refine existing and develop new ways of increasing customer loyalty and profitability
• Monitor VIP and High Rollers performance closely – this will entail daily/weekly monitoring of active vs inactive VIP’s, spearheading initiatives to glean detailed VIP information, interrogating reports and documenting personal dossiers on each VIP player, and ultimately executing actions to correct adverse VIP behaviour.
• The strategy and implementation of the VIP program focusing around relevant events and key triggers and utilising all forms of messaging and communication
• Identifying key opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve retention rates and profitability
• Highlighting cross sell opportunities to maximise spend
• Reporting on and analysing marketing performance and monitoring competitor activities
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Required Skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
• 2+ years in Poker VIP marketing role
• Highly numerate and commercially aware
• Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
• Self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Team player, able to work with multiple business units to achieve objectives
• Ability to create and implement processes
• Data driven online decision making
• Proven track record in campaign management
• Strong organisational and analytical and communication skills
• Experience in email marketing tools and systems
Desirable Skills/Knowledge /Attributes:
• Excellent command of MS Office-package
• Experience in Skills Game Marketing
