Spanish/English Customer Service Representative – Malta
Our client, a leading online gaming operator is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to handle specialist gaming queries and provide first class customer care for their Spanish speaking customers. The successful candidate will speak both Spanish and English and have a good level of experience within the online gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
• Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
• Handling customer requests via email or telephone
• Assisting with Fraud and Collusion related issues
• Hosting final tables of tournaments
• Providing information on player deposits and cashouts
• Informing players about current promotions
• Assisting players with connection issues
• Informing players about games and game rules
Candidate requirements:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience of a customer facing role within the online poker sector
• Strong knowledge of both online and brick-and-mortar poker
• Basic knowledge of online money processing – (ex. transactions via credit card etc.)
• Team player and quick learner
