Our client, a leading online bookmakers specialising in Sportsbetting, Poker, Casino and Bingo, is looking for a VIP/CRM Analyst, to join their Marketing department, based in Gibraltar. Reporting into the Director of VIP, the purpose of this role will be to optimise the marketing initiatives within the VIP and CRM department across all platforms including Poker, Casino, Bingo and Sportsbook. Your key responsibility is the data controller and analyser of the business. You will have a complete overview of when customers are being contacted and why.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Work with the analytics team to develop standardised and specialised reports for the relevant stakeholders in addition VIP/CRM team.
• Create the player segmentation system to drive a data-intelligent CRM approach to player communications
• Create and define standardised reports for each brand within CRM and VIP for weekly and monthly reports against agreed KPI’s
• Identify trends and devise propensity modelling initiatives.
• Analysis, testing & optimisation of options throughout the player lifecycle process (play money to real money)
• Recommend a new approach to CRM and VIP management based on your analysis
• Work closely with the gaming and sports teams in line with their strategies and recommend new approaches
• Report on the team’s KPI’s. Create reports for the team to review and optimise campaigns to extend the lifetime value of players and attain increased ROI on promotions.
Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/statistics or related field
• 3 + years in a modelling/analytics/statistic role
• Highly numerate and commercially aware
• Experience of working with statistical analysis, data-mining software
• Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
• Self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Ability to work independently and with key stakeholders within the business
• Ability to create and implement processes
• Good knowledge on gaming and or sports industry
