Finance Manager – Online Marketing – Isle of Man

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Revenue & Marketing, this role focuses on supporting the online marketing team in relation to customer acquisition through global business partners and online promotions.

The responsibilities include:

* Be the finance partner for the Online Marketing Director
* Own the framework and methodology for tracking promotion success and presenting to senior management and Executive team
* General and ad-hoc analysis and reporting
* Give support and provide thought leadership on any business development opportunities that may arise
* Take ownership of the reporting and analysis of Affiliate cost and revenue streams
* Provide supporting financial analysis (building and maintaining financial models) for various metrics including regional and key account reporting
* Provide analysis of key Affiliate activities and online promotions
* Assisting in the forecasting and review process and ownership of the Online marketing forecasts
* Work closely with the Accounting and Reporting group to ensure that the necessary systems and processes are in place to derive the data and reports necessary to evaluate results

Skills required:

Our ideal candidate will have minimum 3+ years work experience gained in an online gaming or online marketing environment carrying out financial analysis. They will be able to demonstrate excellent management, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. They will also be a driven, energetic and proactive individual who has a desire to add value in all areas of responsibility. Suitable candidates must be a part qualified accountant or have a bachelors or advanced degree in business/finance

In addition they will also have:

* Excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities
* A good level of MS Excel skills
* Outstanding communication and organizational skills
* First class interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with peers and senior management
