Poker Manager – Malta

Our client, an iGaming operator with offices in Malta, is seeking to recruit an experienced Poker Manager to join their team. The position aims to exploit the new Poker product and to maximize profitability. The selected candidate will be based in the Malta office.

• The successful candidate should have a very good understanding of the online poker business and be able to recommend improvements and practices to the clients
• The job will include daily management of the Poker operation, you will be liaising with players.
• Liaising with Poker Network and maintaining a healthy and strong relationship.
• Develop ,implement and analyze specific country Promotions.
• Turnover responsibility
• The ideal candidate should have a very good understanding of the major players in this space and ensure that the poker product remains competitive.
• Participate in, and contribute to, the overall management of the Company and its profitable medium and long term growth
• Turnover and budget responsibility
• Poker and affiliation knowledge
• Entrepreneur and self working character
• Be able top work in a team but also independently.

Skills/Qualities:
• 1 to 2 years experience in online gaming and poker management position
• Excellent product knowledge, including industry and competitors.
• Good analytical skills and strong communication skills, including the ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English, knowledge of another language will be considered an advantage.
