Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager – Isle of Man
The role of the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager is to (re)develop and maintain the global affiliate strategy, constantly monitor all affiliate activities and the affiliate market, negotiate new and existing deals with affiliates to meet company goals and to ensure that all affiliate activities in a country are aligned with the overall global and local marketing approach the company follows.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of Affiliate Account Managers
• Develop and implement processes for activating and re-activating affiliates.
• Optimise the affiliate programme.
• Work closely with Product Managers to establish requirements for affiliate programme.
• Provide regular reports on affiliate performance and ROI to senior management.
• Develop and grow strong relationships with key affiliates.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention.
• Manage change and development of affiliate systems.
• Manage spend within budgets and maximize ROI.
• Source new partnerships.
• Ensure affiliate tracking codes are in place and working correctly.
• Ensure affiliate payments are processed correctly and on time.
• Ensure affiliate website content is maintained.
• Ownership and resolution of affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues.
• Work with creative teams on affiliate banners, landing pages etc.
• Ensure affiliate banner farm and tracking systems are maintained.
Skills and Capabilities
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Significant experience of the online gambling affiliate business.
• Ability to build excellent working relationships internally and externally.
• Self-starter with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence to liaise with and influence senior management when required.
• Highly enthusiastic and motivated.
• Able to multi-task and meet key deadlines.
• Flexible attitude to working hours.
• Strategic and commercial thinker.
• Strong judgment and problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical/reporting skills.
• Additional languages would be a major plus.
