User Experience and Conversion Manager – Gibraltar

As a User Experience and Conversion Manager within our clients Player Marketing department, you will play a key role in the development, implementation and analysis of new marketing initiatives designed to improve the player experience and lifetime value.

With a focus on early player experience, you will be responsible for growing retention rates amongst new players, ensuring that what we offer in the market is on the money.

Your commercial insight will play a crucial role in helping our business build on its success, making this a fantastic opportunity to test your skills with a market-leading organisation.

As a User Experience and Conversion Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

• Growing player value and retention rates across a variety of products and territories
• Monitoring competitor activities
• Analysing and mapping the early player experience across our products
• Identifying key opportunities to enhance early player experience and improve retention rates and profitability
• Working with the marketing, product and territory teams to test and implement new marketing initiatives

As a User Experience and Conversion Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Considerable experience in an online marketing or CRM role
• Experience in analysing customer experience or performing competitor analysis
• Experience of large online mailing campaigns and promotions
• Experience within an online gaming environment is useful though not essential
