Italian VIP Account Manager – Ireland

The purpose of this role is to develop relationships with our VIP players across all products, including sportsbook, Poker, Casino and games.

Your key responsibilities will be to manage the relationship with specified key accounts via phone, chat, email and face to face contact including attending hospitality events.

You will be responsible for looking at the data for these players and from the advice of the VIP team offering these players bespoke offers relevant to their play. You will also be required to cross sell to other products when appropriate.

Principal Accountabilities
• Initiate contact with our VIP players weekly/Monthly
• Act as the VIP account manager for any enquires or issues
• Manage the VIP bonus scheme
• Profile their interests and how they want to be rewarded
• Arrange, when appropriate gifts and events within budget with the events management team
• Run daily reports to understand the play and revenue of the players
• Work with the CRM and Product teams to ensure the information is gathered and stored in the optimal manner
• Make recommendations for VIP marketing events and products
• Develop ideas to increase the number and quality of VIP customers and extend the life time value of players
• Report on the requests and needs of VIPs for the CRM and Product teams
• Develop key relationships with internal staff in order to handle all problems of VIP customers with the utmost priority
• Provide weekly updates and learning’s on key VIPs
• Ability to work within a team to achieve the VIP targets

Qualification, Skills and Experience
Required Skills and experience:
• Mother tongue Italian and excellent command of the English Language
• Telemarketing or strong customer service experience ideally handling VIP or high end customers
• A good understanding of casino, poker and sportsbook customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in hosting customers or clients
• Highly numerate and commercially aware
• Demonstrable customer-centric thinking, understands the customer
• Self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
• Ability to travel and work some weekends
