Caribbean Sales Manager – Puerto Rico
Our client is a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of advanced gaming products and gaming systems for the global gaming industry. Due to recent success they currently seek a Systems Sales Manager for their office in Puerto Rico.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager creates and identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans for the sales function that will produce optimum profitability. Additional responsibilities include measuring the existing markets and company’s share, expand share of existing market, and identify new markets and customer needs.
Essential Duties AND Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Marketing Manager in establishing and recommending strategies to attain
sales goals for the company
Formulates and controls budgets for sales promotion expenses
Ensures successful implementation and effective use of sales policies
Establishes and maintains close personal contact with customers
Interprets long and short-term effect on sales strategies in operating profit
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Analyzes and reviews sales force performance
Establishes and implements sales training program
Develops new customers within existing market and target new markets
Reviews variable expenses periodically to assure justifications for expenses
Training AND/OR Experience:
Three to four years experience with enterprise or gaming software or gaming sales required.
Strong technical sales background preferred
Prior customer facing experience required
Four years of direct management preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Willingness to travel
Energetic, driven and results oriented
Good Communication Skills
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
Ability to work with international teams
Customer service oriented
Thorough knowledge of company’s products
Ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations
Excellent communication skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required with preferably IT/MIS background (minor) or Marketing or Business
