Our client, a leading online betting and gaming company, is looking for a CRM Analyst to join their team, based in Gibraltar. Working closely with the data analysts in Israel, product and business managers you will be responsible for ensuring that the most sophisticated and efficient data is available for our client to make effective decisions that have an impact in the business.
Responsibilities
Define and operate retention strategies for our clients products
Define and operate a cross sell strategy for our client
Define and operate sign-up offers for our clients products
Produce a daily analysis report on all activity for the previous day
Produce period analysis reports for all activities
Build a cross product segmentation strategy for all their players
Build and operate one view of the client for all our clients products
Skills and experience
BSC degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, economics, or equivalent.
Very experienced in data analysis.
Very experienced with Business Intelligence tools.
Experience of store level merchandising would be an advantage.
Very experienced utilizing standard marketing organization concepts and procedures
Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL server) and writing SQL queries.
Experience developing automated processes and reports using VBA for Excel
Experience developing reports through SQL queries.
Advanced ability to understand and create financial, analytical and/or statistical models
Person
Ability to prioritize and manage changing requirements and short timelines, as well as multiple overlapping projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong business acumen. Ability to translate ideas into executable strategies that can be easily understood by the business.
Ability to work with diverse, cross functional team.
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information so it is easily understood.
Detail orientated with a high degree of initiative and results focus.
Team oriented with excellent time management and organization skills.
Develop overall approach for data analysis based on business problem and facilitate execution.
