Customer Services Assistant – Native Norwegian – Malta
Our client, an established gaming operator based in Malta and one of the most recognized names within its sector is currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant to join their international customer support team.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A good level of education
- Excellent computer skills
- Experiences of customer service
- Professional communication skills both via the phone and emails
- Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements.
The successful candidates will be receiving:
- A full time work schedule and a flexible time table
- Extensive induction training by our client’s Quality & Training specialists
- Regular 1-1 feedback meetings with the Team Leader who will work with you to create a development plan to enable you to grow within the company.
