Customer Services Assistant – Native Norwegian – Malta

Our client, an established gaming operator based in Malta and one of the most recognized names within its sector is currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Assistant to join their international customer support team.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A good level of education
• Excellent computer skills
• Experiences of customer service
• Professional communication skills both via the phone and emails
• Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements.

The successful candidates will be receiving:

• A full time work schedule and a flexible time table
• Extensive induction training by our client’s Quality & Training specialists
• Regular 1-1 feedback meetings with the Team Leader who will work with you to create a development plan to enable you to grow within the company.
