Danish Customer Support Agent – Malta
Our client a well establish gaming company with offices located in Malta is looking to add on to their customer support team.
Essential job functions
- Answering queries via email, chat and telephone
- Translations, web content, & newsletters
- Assist VIP team on related issues
- Troubleshooting technical problems faced by customers
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and game rules
- Assist with bet settlement as required
- Take part and responsibility in administrative tasks
Essential Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Danish
- Genuine interest in gaming products
- Be able to explain issues in a clear and confident manner
- Adaptable and flexible to different shifts
- Proactive and “can-do” approach
- Good problem solver
- A team player with ability to work in a multicultural environment
Others
- Preference will be given to candidates that are already based in Malta
