Eastern Europe Regional Manager – Work from home: Russia, Ukraine, Poland, or Hungary
Our clients one of the worlds online leading Poker rooms are looking to recruit an Eastern European Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership for their brands, including development and implementation of overall integrated market strategy for the region and delivery of financial targets given marketing budget.
You will report directly in to the Director of Northern Europe and will be responsible for:
- Strategic Planning
- Marketing Execution
- Mass Media & Creative
- Public Relations
- Events
- Market Research & Business Development
- Management
- Represent Everest Poker within poker community
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience in Poland, Hungary, or Russia.
- Previous P&L responsibility and demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategy to achieve financial results
- Strong analytical ability with evidence that candidate is experienced developing and reporting on KPIs as well as using them to make strategic decisions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experienced in managing agencies (media, creative)
- Ideally, 2+ years experience managing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple media channels
- Expertise managing two or more of these media channels: public relations, traditional mass media, event marketing, online marketing, social marketing
- Previous experience managing 2 or more direct reports
- Strong network with media owners and journalists in managed markets a huge plus
- Strong network within the poker industry, including land based casinos, in managed markets preferred
- Strongly prefer passionate poker players that are active in the poker community in one of the managed countries.
- Candidates who have worked across more than one of the potential markets are preferred
- Experience working with Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic territories, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia is a plus
- Native speaker of Polish, Hungarian or Russian
- Business fluency in English required
- Candidates fluent in more than 2 languages desired
- Flexibility to travel
- The ability to be able to work from home.
