Field Marketing Manager – Online Gaming – Malta
Job purpose summary
Responsible for the field marketing organization, and for securing an effective strategy and execution of local marketing, sales and CRM activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive, motivate, and coach Field Marketing teams
• Ensure correct strategy, priority and quality in local marketing and sales activities.
• Ensure effective communication and close relationship between the Field Marketing teams and the Central Teams on Malta
• Ensure effective work routines within the Field Marketing organization. Lead and coordinate the implementation to new routines and processes
• Responsible for the global media budget and its allocation among the markets. Take part in the overall budget planning for the company
• Responsible for approval of media plans. Works closely with Field Marketing teams in regards to media planning
Responsibilities also include:
• Follow up and monitor local marketing and sales activities including web sites.
• Monitor the media effectiveness together with Field Marketing teams in order to optimize the placements
• Monitor the campaign effectiveness together with Field Marketing teams in order to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor financial performance and customer activity levels in each market
• Manage selected strategic projects (on case by case basis)
• Coordinating contacts with media agency

Job Skills Required
• Have a solid understanding of online wagering
• Able to communicate and cooperate effectively with all internal and external resources
• Ideally be a graduate calibre with specific direct marketing qualifications
• Excellent spoken / written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications Needed
• IDM Diploma or equal
• 5+ years specific management and e-commerce experience in a customer direct marketing role, including responsibility for customer acquisition and retention
• 2+ years staff management experience, in similar commercial environments
• Direct experience in E-gaming is preferred but not essential

• Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
• Must have clean police conduct
• Must be adept in use of Internet, email and Microsoft applications particularly Excel and Word and any other related software related to the Sports Book Industry.
