Poker Affiliate Manager – Panama

You will be directly responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the newly created poker affiliate program.

Key Responsibilities
Identification and recruitment of new affiliate partners- affiliate acquisition
Deliver on weekly and monthly traffic and sales targets
Implementing strategies to maximize player generation from affiliate partners
Working with existing Sports and Casino Affiliate Managers to cross promote poker to current affiliates
Monitor and report on performance of affiliates including traffic, quality of players and revenue generated
Manage creative aspect of Affiliate relationships including banners and e-mails
Ensure that payments to affiliates are prompt and correct
Create marketing plans to attract new affiliates.
Key competitor monitoring and analysis
Key Skills / Competencies
Minimum of 2 years experience in online gaming and affiliate management, preferably poker
In depth knowledge of poker and poker affiliate programs.
Proven managerial skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferably to have Spanish as first language.
Experience in software program Income Access or similar affiliate management software.
Knowledge of online marketing techniques.
