Poker Affiliate and Marketing Manager – Europe

Our client, based in Australia but with a large European customer base, offering online poker & casino product is looking for an experienced Affiliate & Marketing Manager to join their team.

The person will be based in Europe.

The person will be highly disciplined & organized, required to coordinate and work with the head office in Australia on a daily basis; apart from normal affiliate management tasks the person will also have other poker marketing tasks, such as helping to coordinate live poker events, recruit prop players etc.

A thorough knowledge of the online poker industry is therefore essential.

The person we are looking for will be establishing the affiliate management for the company, be hands-on affiliate recruiter and will hold an existing database of active affiliate contacts.

The Role

Negotiating deals with new partners to maximize exposure
Maximize player acquisition by effective account management of all the affiliates
Development of marketing campaigns and creative content to drive player acquisition from existing and new affiliate sites
Planning, assisting and execution of campaigns
Monitor larger affiliates to ensure optimization
Monitor and report on performance of affiliates including traffic, quality of players and revenue generated
Negotiating deals with new partners to maximize exposure
Monitoring, reviewing and optimizing the performance of campaigns and content and producing performance reports
Building good working relationships with all affiliate partners
Developing sales opportunities with online partners beyond existing contractual agreements
Providing performance analysis and input for negotiations
Continually resolving any performance issues which may arise
The Person

Minimum 2 years of online poker industry experience within affiliate marketing
Excellent relationship-building skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent business development and communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Highly disciplined, organized, enthusiastic and persuasive
Completely reliable, hard-working and ambitious
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
Prepared to work long and flexible hours
