Poker Gaming Support Officer – UK

We require a Poker Gaming Support Officer, to assist in the running of the online Poker operations team. Reporting directly to the Poker Manager the role will involve taking responsibility for many key areas of poker and other peer to peer products, across our client’s key brands.

Reports to:
Poker Manager

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Acting as second line support to the customer services team, to resolve escalated issues in a timely and considered manner. Assist in management and improvement of the poker customer support program.
  • Responsibility for creating and setting up promotions, tournaments, bonus schemes and VIP offers
  • Liaison with third party suppliers, to ensure our requests are promptly executed
  • Daily monitoring and review of products and websites to ensure the best possible customer experience.
  • Data collection and analysis of promotions and feature tournaments.
  • Interaction with other business areas to provide information, support and assistance as required.
  • Acting as duty poker manager, in the absence of the poker manager.
  • Assist with VIP and player management – both online and at live events.
  • Assist in the content management of the websites.

Key Candidate Requirements and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • A keen interest and knowledge of poker and other online gaming products.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Good IT skills including strong experience of key packages (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
  • Ambitious , focussed and hard working
  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business
  • Strong customer services skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar online role preferred, but not essential.
