Our client is looking for a senior manager to manage the marketing of their Poker product and:

Grow a loyal Poker customer base through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
Maximise Poker rake and yield
Manage Poker web pages
Drive the development and improvement of Poker product

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimise strategy and tactics for customer life cycle management, including how to acquire, retain, and reactivate Poker customers. This includes optimizing product/services offering, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels
Develop and run marketing campaigns to acquire, retain, and reactivate Poker customers
Maximize Poker yield by optimizing the use of customer bonuses
Manage Poker team, including Poker Coordinator and Poker VIP Services team
Drive the development and improvement of Poker product and act as the main point of contact towards Poker supplier
Acquire Poker customers through affiliates together with affiliate marketing team and field marketing team
Develop and run cross-selling campaigns towards existing customer base for other products
Develop and run local marketing campaigns together with field marketing team
Develop and run retention and reactivation campaigns
Manage Poker web pages
Liaise with other product managers to offer a seamless and optimized customer experience
Build understanding of customer needs through analysis of customer activity and segmentation
Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
Monitor the performance on a daily basis and provide regular reports to Chief Marketing Officer

Skills and qualifications required:

Significant experience from the i-gaming industry
Outstanding marketing skills, including customer life cycle management
Experience from online Poker marketing is a plus
Accurrence from Profit & Loss and budget responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Driven and results-oriented
Self going
Good analytical skills
Team player with good social skills
Positive attitude
Must be adept in use of Internet, email and Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word and any other related software related to the gaming industry
Experience of leading online casino software is a plus
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
