Affiliate Account Manager, EMEA – Isle of Man
Responsibilities will be varied and include:
managing existing top-level accounts in the region
recruiting new affiliates to the company within established guidelines
creating and managing promotions and programs to enhance retention and loyalty of existing referred players
working with other departments (CRM, FP&A, Country Managers) to determine best practices
balancing needs of the customer (affiliate) with needs of the company
developing new markets within the assigned territory by working closely with country managers
working well in a team environment
preparing business proposals
responding to a high volume of email with accuracy and to the company standard
Skills and Capabilities
Essential
have a minimum of two years experience in affiliate account management or similar
have experience within the on-line gaming industry
have previous exposure to EMEA
have excellent communication skills – both written and oral
be culturally aware
Desirable
be detail oriented
have the ability to present ideas and recommendations for business
have previous experience in preparing business proposals
additional languages, particularly European, are a distinct advantage
be willing to travel
