Software Developer – Malta

Our client is  seeking to recruit a Software Developer to complement our software services team in delivering a number of key customer projects. The vacancy is aimed at individuals who are keen to use the latest software technologies for building and implementing information systems in a professional manner. 

The successful job holder’s responsibilities will include:

• Development, testing and implementation of information systems using the latest technologies.
• Integration of software components to meet customer requirements and automate business processes.
• Providing development support for existing software applications.

Interested candidates should have: 

• Experience or certification in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies, web based technologies and SQL.
• A strong technical background and a drive to continuously learn new technologies.
• Familiarity with object oriented design and development.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and industry best practices.
• An aptitude for problem solving and the ability to work independently.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Past experience in software integration, business process automation, enterprise information management or business intelligence will be considered an asset.
