Spanish & French Customer Support Agent – Malta

Position Purpose:
Our client, one of the largest online gaming operators in the world are looking for full time Customer services operators to manage all aspects of the organisation’s customer service functions. The customer services department is expanding rapidly due to the growth of the company’s customer base and the expansion into different betting markets.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer calls and emails.
Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to customers.
Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.
Feedback recurring customer issues to Team Leader and relevant internal department where applicable.
Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of consumers’ experience.
Key Working Relationships:

Works closely with Team Leader and other members of the customer service team.
First point of contact for most of the company’s customers – must act as an ambassador for the company.

Key Skills and Attributes:

High level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution.
Only candidates that are fluent in Spanish and French would be considered for this position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers.
Proficient in English, knowledge of the Italian language would be considered an asset.
Shows initiative, suggesting ways to improve customers’ experience.
A proven team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment.
Passionate about providing excellent service.
A good all round knowledge and interest in sports.
