Cost Centre Controller – Poker – Gibraltar
Job Description

Your Role
In this position you will work in an international team together with three other controllers and you will report directly to the “Team Leader Controlling”. In particular, you will be responsible for the reporting system, the preparation of the annual budget planning as well as its documentation. You will work closely with the Cost Centre Managers and, in this way, participate in the strategic corporate planning.
Your Responsibilities
• You will prepare monthly Cost Centre reports and evaluate individual Cost Centre performance by monitoring various KPIs
• You will compare Cost Centre performance and prepare reports for the Management Board
• You will create variance analysis against budget and prior months and you will also support Departments Heads in investment planning
• You will prepare the annual budget planning and its documentation; moreover, you will generate rolling forecasts on a month-to-month-basis
• You will support the Team leader Controlling in the preparation of the 3-years business plan and also the Financial Accounting team in calculating accruals and deferrals
• You will also coordinate the timekeeping for several projects
Your professional profile
• You have a university degree in economics with focus on finance and accounting
• You have already gained at least one to two years work experience in the reporting or accounting department of a larger company
• Your experiences in cost centre accounting are completed by practical knowledge in budgeting and forecasting
• You are proficient in working with Microsoft Office, particularly in the use of MS Excel
• Your written and oral English and German skills are excellent
• You have good analytical skills and a high level of numeracy
• You like working independently and are characterised by your high quality of work, your precision and your diligence, even during intensive time pressure
• Your high communication and team-working skills facilitate your cooperation both with internal and external clients
