Everest Poker researches for a Senior Dutch Partner Account Manager (PAM) based in our London, UK office. This PAM is responsible for the day to day execution of the online marketing plan for the Dutch language market and is the go-to person for any market-specific decisions. The PAM works very closely with partners (webmasters) to achieve higher revenue levels for their site as well as for our client and is constantly searching for new affiliates to recruit.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor direct reports in developing and executing individual market plans for all managed markets
- Analyze and report on key market metrics for all managed markets
- Execute and measure online marketing campaigns with established affiliate partners
- Build on and strengthen our existing affiliate program brands
- Develop and execute acquisition campaigns for new affiliates
- Negotiate and manage business relationships, providing upward reporting on performance metrics and account profitability
- Establish new affiliate relationships and maintain existing partner relationships
- Evolve into an expert on affiliate marketing and online marketing
- Develop and execute new strategies of driving revenue
- Monitor and manage the profitability of special affiliate commission, CPA and hybrid deals to ensure positive ROI
- Monitor, execute and optimize online media buys for customer acquisition
- Remain current with affiliate industry developments
- Periodically conduct market research to gain insight in competitive landscape and brand positioning
- Follow and comply with the company’s online strategy
- Participate and represent team in industry related events several times a year

Requirements:

- Native speaker of Dutch and fluent in English
- 3-5 years’ experience in online marketing, sales, managing affiliates or business development
- 1-2 years of solid direct online marketing experience or via a business development role in online marketing
- Experienced employee manager
- Strong written & verbal skills
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent translation skills
- Internet search and email marketing knowledge a plus
- Ability to travel for PR & Events
- Degree preferred
