Poker Affiliates Assistant – Malta
Our client a very well established gaming company is looking to add on to their Affiliate Team. Reporting to the Poker Affiliates Manager, the Poker Affiliates Assistant will assist the Poker Affiliates team in the day-to-day administration of the Poker affiliate programme.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of poker affiliate inbox and general enquiries
- Assistance with setting up monthly affiliate promotions and payment requests to winning players
- Banner management for all poker creative in the affiliate program
- Management of the creative design process to accommodate custom requests for affiliates
- Assist in developing a welcome process for affiliates (possibly including telephone calls, welcome package etc)
- Liaising with country managers and providing support and affiliate management training for International team
- Manage communication of promotional activity internally and externally e.g. preparing and sending out the newsletters
- Assisting the Affiliate Operations Exec in the UK with the management of monthly payment for poker affiliates
- Liaising with affiliate software support company to raise any tickets or development requests
What are we looking for:
- Demonstrable track record of successful online marketing experience over a period of 1-2 years
- Personable and positive with excellent communication skills
- Good team player with personal characteristics that engender trust and confidence
- Highly organised and able to deliver in a fast paced, innovative, results driven environment
- Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Ability to take on responsibility for own projects
- Ability to work independently and show initiative to drive projects forward
