Our client, a leading industry brand covering sports, casino, poker, games and mobile is looking for a talented marketing professional seeking new challenges and progression in their career.As VIP Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the overall ownership and delivery of VIP campaigns, events and analysis for the high value players.

Your focus will be the following:

Achieving the best way in which to grow revenue amongst customers who are already providing large profits
Increasing better access to all product offerings
Building knowledge on the other products the players are using from competitors and why
Building knowledge on the reason high value customers chose Betfair over other competitors and how these players can be secured
Building knowledge on which communications VIP’s want to receive to ensure they feel valued
Discovering which players will become VIP’s early in their activity and how recognition can be shown

The role will cover all product offerings including sports betting, poker, casino, games, telephone betting and mobile gaming. You will predominately cover the UK market but also work with all country organizations to define and deliver the VIP strategy across the group.

You will be involved in all aspects of the marketing process including market research, analysis and strategy, campaign planning and budgeting, creative development, event planning and delivery and campaign performance review. All the tools of the marketing mix will be at your disposal including email, direct mail, telephone and SMS as well as the development of event specific/betting knowledge microsites and content delivery on the company’s main site. Additionally you will liaise with the Key Accounts team who act as personal account managers to the VIP’s. Maintaining a strong relationship with this team is key to the role.

You will already come from a gaming background and have direct experience with VIP’s. You will be a competent marketer covering email, direct mail and outbound telephone campaigns. You will also be educated to degree level and possess a strong resilience to pressure, perseverance, focus and commitment.
