Online Community Management – Gibraltar
This position sits right below the Head of Community Management and requires
someone with excellent people management experience in an Online environment
such as Community Management, Online Games, Product Management, or Online
Editorial/Education.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Minimum University Bachelors Degree
* Minimum 3 years Online experience
* Experience managing a team of 15+ on a daily basis including responsibilities in recruitment, work delegation, training and monitoring of new staff, staff evaluations.
* English to a professional level and one additional European language
