Affiliate Security Manager – Online Poker – Ireland

Overall Purpose of Job Role:

This role will be part of the Security and Game Integrity – Operations division of the company and will be responsible for mitigating operational/financial risk and investigating and resolving queries relating to affiliate fraud. The role holder will possess a skill for recognizing very subtle patterns of fraudulent affiliate activity and communicating them to other team members and management.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Reducing operational risk as a result of fraudulent behaviour.
• Proactive risk assessment of Affiliate behaviour using various reports and tools.
• Maintain procedure and process that drive the identification of suspicious activity and abuse of varying Affiliate programs.
• Monitoring new CPA sign-ups for fraudulent activity.
• Actively monitoring Affiliates compliance to contractual agreements.
• Actively contribute to identifying initiatives, system improvements, and process improvements.
• Building strong liaison with Affiliate department

Skills / Experience Required:

• At least 1 Years experience working in an online gaming environment preferably in the area of Affiliate marketing or Affiliate fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical skills
• Background in poker is essential, investigative knowledge a bonus
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, (or relevant work experience)
• Proficient in MS Office Tools particularly MS Excel
• A self starter, with initiative and ability to take responsibility for personal workload
• Common Sense and Trustworthiness
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work independently on assigned projects, but also to provide key input into dynamic team setting
• Fluency in the English language
• A passion and an interest in poker is essential
