Bi-Lingual Fraud Investigator – Poker Security – Portuguese – UK

Job Purpose

Our client is seeking to expand its team of Poker Security Specialist to work from the London office, UK. You will be responsible for fraud investigation and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Verification of cash out
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Managing player accounts
• Responding to security and customer related emails
• Processing of Real money transfers

Skills and Capabilities – Essential

• Fluency in Portuguese with an excellent command of English
• Investigation skills
• Knowledge of online money processing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong team player and have excellent organisational skills
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable

• Experience in credit card fraud/investigation
• Previous banking /poker industry experience
