International Media Executive – Online Poker – Ireland
Overall Purpose of Role: To assist the VP Global Media and the International Media Manager in the Global Coordination of Media agencies in a growing number of Countries. Key markets are: USA, Canada, Brazil, UK, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Russia, CEE markets, Australia, etc.
Responsibilities:
Key tasks are the coordination of and communication with agency partners as well as:
• Support in implementation of the media process and planning & buying guidelines for local agency partners
• Ensure the implementation and correct use of standardized templates across all agencies, to achieve efficient process flow between different kind of agency partners and the central team in Dublin
• Support, coordination and implementation of multi channel / multi market campaigns and content programming
• Daily communication with local media agencies in regards to their media strategy and implementation tasks
• Daily communication with Country Managers
• Centralized Media Plan allocation
• Centralized Research coordination
• Coordination of creative deadlines by market in accordance with the Country buys
• Check local implementation plans against central strategy and guidelines
• Support in Competitor Analysis project across key markets (on a regular basis)
• Consolidation of media landscape information and local market media insights
• Consolidation of post buy campaign reporting across markets
• Support of the VP Global Media and International Media Manager in media owner negotiations and media related events and syndication deals
• Support in organizing Country Manager Meetings and Media Council Workshops
• Link to Financial Services (budget control)
Skills/ Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing related field
• 3 years experience within a media environment
• Excellent analytical skills. Strong written & communication skills also a must
• Must be results driven and able to able to develop and implement practical (& quick) decisions
• Well-organised, ability to multi task and prioritise key projects. Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment is key
• Good all-round marketing skills and fundamental understanding of European/ International media markets
• Ability to function as a self-starter with little hand-holding and an emphasis on getting things done
• Experience with coordination of multi channel/ multi market campaigns and content programming
• Industry experience while not essential is desirable
