Italian Fraud Investigator – Online Poker – UK
Our client, a leading online poker operator is looking for a Fraud Investigator to join its team of Poker Security Specialists to work from our London office, UK. You will be responsible for fraud investigation and prevention, predominantly for their Italian speaking players.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Approval of deposit limits increases
- Verification of cash outs
- Detect and prevent fraud
- Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges)
- Responding to player emails.
Candidate requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- Excellent Customer Service skills are essential for the role.
- Knowledge of the on-line poker industry.
- Understanding of online poker security would be an asset.
- Must be a strong team player and have excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of online money processing – (e.g. transactions via credit card, NETeller, click and buy etc.)
- Experience in Credit Card fraud, investigations
- Previous Poker or online gaming industry background.
