Poker Promotions Manager – Live and Online – UK

Job Introduction

The poker promotions manager is responsible for the planning and co-ordination of global CRM promotion campaigns for poker at all stages, from conceptualization to ROI reporting. In addition to this, the incumbent will help our client’s CRM team optimize the promotion of poker in their local markets, and support the Head of Events with the organization of open live tournaments. The poker Promotions Manager is passionate about the game of poker and has excellent relationship building and networking skills, as they will deal with many different stakeholders in the campaign management process. The right candidate will understand the unique needs of our client’s poker player and will strategize with the Poker Team and CRM department to best retain these customers.

Description of responsibilities

• The position carries responsibility for:-
• The planning, co-ordination, execution and reporting on strategic global poker campaigns
• Co-ordinating Local Strategy tasks with CRM
• Co-ordinating the promotion of Microgaming Network Campaigns and satellites
• Themed/Seasonal campaigns, e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Friday the 13th, Valentine’s Day, etc.
• Coordination, event assistance and copy writing
• Other daily tasks and special projects to support the global poker strategy

Education

• High School equivalent, University or similar degree preferred but not necessary.

Criteria for background and experience

• Excellent English copywriting
• Some industry knowledge, international product marketing experience and a passion for poker preferred.

Language capabilities
