Portuguese Online Marketing Executive – Portugal

Our client is a poker and casino operator who is looking for an Online Marketing Executive to strengthen their team. You will be responsible for assisting the initial structure and its’ managers and directors, overseeing Casino and Poker acquisition activities across Portugal and Spain.

Goals:

Implementation and measurement/tracking of casino and poker marketing strategy – to ensure effective ROI in terms of First Time Depositors (new member acquisition) and retention of existing members, accordingly with the Company’s ant its’ Senior members strategy and approval
Optimise online acquisition activities to drive volume, high quality players to licensee casino and poker sites
Development of online content and casino and poker-related communities
Maximisation of brand exposure and recognition via effective management of media contacts, agencies and rights owners
Delivery of a significant increase in brand awareness
Disciplined management & maximisation of budget – no overspends
Affiliate managing contacts

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for all casino and poker acquisition in Portugal and Spain including SEO, SEM, media buying, affiliation and acquisition.
Oversee all casino and poker Marketing Channels: online and offline
Deliver and execute online and offline marketing campaigns through collaborative work with the rest of the team.
Responsibility for bringing forward proposals, negotiating contracts and bringing deals to closure, managing ongoing contracts
Role includes helping the development of the strategic use of casino and poker to build the brand in Portugal and Spain and drive partnerships lifetime and value.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of casino and poker marketing
Understanding of online marketing within the casino and poker betting space
Knowledge and previous involvement with PR and media
Experience of casino and poker marketing management
Strong interactive and business networking skills, esp. with media and agencies
High level of computer literacy and analytical skills
Knowledge of the Affiliate Market’s structure and procedures
