Our client is an online gaming portal offering Sportsbook, Poker and Casino in the portfolio of products. They are a well established company being very successful in the Scandinavian markets and Eastern Europe.
Our client’s success has seen a rapid growth and is therefore seeking to employ an experienced Managing Director that will join their team in Malta.
As the Managing Director, you will participate in, and contribute to, the overall management of the Company, its products and its profitable medium and long term growth on a strategically level.
Reporting to the CEO, you will take full P&L responsibility for all aspects of our Day-to-Day Operations and Management in Malta.
This is an ideal position in a fast growing market for an ambitious, driven individual with online gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full revenue and profit and loss responsibility
- Pan-European business plan development.
- Daily management of staff in Malta
- Represent company interests within interactive gaming industry
- Responsible for maintaining a high quality of internal control by developing and implementing adequate internal policies and procedures.

- Networking in E-gaming industry
- Willingness to travel internationally
- The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership and general management skills. Our client requires extensive operational experience at a senior level.
- You will also need to have demonstrable experience of managing similar operational functions and ideally some experience of the iGaming market.
- Strong online betting or casino & poker knowledge
- Proactive participation in the company’s commercial matters by taking an active role within the management team as well as proactively interacting with other company functions.
Candidates with a Scandinavian background would be given priority since this company has a Scandinavian Management.
