French Poker Coordinator – Gibraltar

SRG have been appointed to recruit a French Poker Coordinator to work for a leading online gaming company in Gibraltar.

The role will be to coordinate all aspects of the poker product network and manage promotional activities and databases.

The Responsibilities include:

Creating and Managing Poker Tournaments
Coordinate online promotions
Manage customer bonuses
Configuration and management of player messaging and player communication tools (banners, tickers.)
Configuration and management of player marketing areas.
Decrease the time delivery to the RFC process.
Market analysis of the domestic and international market
KPI reporting: assist all partners in KPI performance
Resolving poker specific disputes and problems for customers.
Identification and reporting of bugs.
Liaising with technical poker support.
Live monitoring of the Poker Product.
Cash Table setup
Training on Poker Management tools
Training on new release functionality and features
Monitor compliance to network rules.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

At least 2-3 years working in the Poker industry
Speak French to a native level and speak fluent English
Excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels
Excellent excel skills
Motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to the role
