Overall Purpose of Role

This role provides French support for the Poker Room. This includes all French tournament and ring game creation and administration, and administration and setup of various live tournament campaigns. The candidate will report to the Poker Room Manager.

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
• Creation and maintenance of French public and private tournaments, including Sit & Go tournaments
• Creation and maintenance of all French ring game offerings
• Creation and maintenance of all French in-game messaging
• Creation and maintenance of French live event promotions and online qualifiers to those events.
• Implementation of all in-game pieces of French promotions
• Communication with Events team to ensure online winners to live French events get taken care of
• Various ad-hoc duties related to Poker Room administration, including gathering feedback from players via email and forums, helping prioritize French specific game features, and marketing messaging to players
• Daily, weekly and monthly analyses of French poker room activity to be presented to the Poker Room Manager
Skills/ Experience required:
• The candidate must have an expert knowledge in online poker
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication skills
Additional skills that are a plus:
• Familiarity with poker forums (French poker forums especially)
• Familiarity with live poker events (especially in France)
• Strong analytical skills
