German Customer Service Representative – Malta

Our client is a leading iGaming provider seeking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join their customer support team in Malta.
As part of the team, you will be providing first-line German language assistance to international customers by phone, email and chat. As well as interacting with other departments, to manage the reporting of feedback and issues as they arise, responsibilities also include assisting in execution of marketing campaigns and other related duties.
The ideal candidate should have:
- The ability to communicate in both English and German on a business level via phone and email;
- A good level of education (‘A’ Level standard);
- Excellent computer skills;
- Experiences of customer service;
- Genuine interest in sports, casino games or poker;
- Eagerness to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements;
- Flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work in a team and on their own initiative;
- No problem working on a shift basis.
Preference will be given to applicants who have previous experience in the iGaming industry and exceptional phone handling skills, relevant to a busy support environment.
